By accessing or using RNTAR ("the Service"), a rental property management platform operated by ArtiD ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RNTAR provides a web-based platform for landlords and property managers to manage rental properties, track rent payments, coordinate maintenance tasks, and monitor expenses. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a management tool to assist with day-to-day property operations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.
7. Pricing and Payments
RNTAR offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is a management tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data in the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNTAR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
